Moments of clarity. Nothing seems difficult. Nothing seems easy. Nothing makes me happy. Nothing makes me sad. An understanding of the compromises of life, of the sad realities that happened, of the realities which can't be changed no matter how much you wished they could be. Not getting over the losses, but just accepting the pain caused by the loss as a permanent part of your life. An understanding of the things you want to achieve, with a complete consciousness of all the hard work and sacrifices that might be needed, of all the disappointments that you might need to endure. An acknowledgment of the pain and its necessity in one's life and the gratitude for the love and friendship of the people with which you made it through.

Moments of clarity, like a clear sky with a bright yet not blinding sun, like a cloudless sky brightly lit with the soft moonlight, like a still lake with crystal clear water revealing the very bottom of it.
